  She was charged $8000 with which the family put in and paid under the assumption it would be refunded through her supper.. That is all true but apparently the legislation changed this October and you cannot get your supper to cover the cost if the bill was paid before the claim SERIOUSLY!!! There was NO help from The White Ladies in which apparently they pride themselves in a full $8000 where here to help... RUBBISH they got there money then wiped there hands of the whole situation, they could of refunded the money then got a government cheque but I guess they have there money so NOT THERE PROBLEM!!!!

  Don't go with these ladies choose a funeral home that won't just take your money but with compassion ask the questions and help the poor family grieving...

  Charlene could not have been more helpful. I would recommend White Lady Funerals to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need them. Their advice & genuine compassion In a stressful time was second to none. They made it relatively easy for everyone involved.

  White ladies could not have been more helpful they were with us every step of the way. Charlene was ever so kind and compassionate . My sister had funeral insurance if we wanted we only had to pay difference and they would have waited for insurance money to come through. As we had the money we paid in full and received insurance money within 3 days . Charlene was kind enough to submit all paper work for us . We have used them before and should the need arise we would be using them again. Charlene is always on the other end of the phone to talk should we be having a bad day .

  The staff at the White Ladies funeral were nice but when it came to payment there was no help in how to pay or what my sisters options were.
